Q: Where is my order?
 An estimated delivery time frame for each brand will be shown when viewing your basket on the checkout page. Once you place your order you’ll receive a confirmation email with these estimated dates. Deliveries are usually made between Monday-Friday.

Our designers have 2 business days to accept and process your order. As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll email you the tracking information.

As each item is sent from the designer directly, the exact delivery dates can vary, this does depend on where the designer is based and where we are shipping to. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or stock level integration.

Please note that if you’ve shopped items from multiple designers, you will receive more than one package as your order is shipped directly from the designer. You will also be emailed shipping details for each parcel.

Expedite Delivery
We currently offer one courier option and the delivery estimate is 7-14 working days. we can also expedite your delivery if we have the products available in the store
 
Delivery Information
 Your order will be dispatched directly by each independent brand using Speedaf delivery services; if you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.

An estimated delivery time for each brand shipment is provided at the checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery is usually made Monday-Friday.

Returns are free of charge on all orders in Abuja for peace of mind. To start your free return, please visit our returns portal to download your label within 14 days. Visit our returns information page for more details or contact us below for support at any time. 

 
Cancel My Order
 Changed your mind? No problem, we may be able to cancel the order with the independent brand before the order is prepared and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this. The fastest way to do this is to our customer service team:

We cannot cancel an order if it has already been prepared, but in this case, we do still offer a free returns service. Please visit our returns portal to start your free return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

 
Price Matching
 Price matching will depend on the location of the brand:

If the brand is from your same country please send us a link to the product and we will match the price for you!

If the brand is from a different country it means that the item is being shipped internationally and unfortunately we would not be unable to price match in this instance.

There are a couple of reasons why our price varies from the price on the designer’s own store. For orders placed through Ranktel we use a fast and reliable delivery service through Speedaf. We also build the cost of duties, taxes and a number of other administrative fees, that we need to pay when the item comes to the store, into the price of your order so there will not be any extra fees to pay on receipt of the package. In addition, we have a free and easy returns system if you decide for any reason you are unhappy with the item you receive. 

 
Payments FAQ
 Will I have to make multiple payments for every item I want?

No, you will only need to make a single payment no matter how many products you order – we provide a secure single payment process to make it easier for you to shop with us.

What payment options do you offer and can I pay in my own currency?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, verve, bank transfer and usd codes

Can I pay over the phone?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to take payment over the phone. 
 
I’ve spotted a product cheaper somewhere else – what can you do about it?
 If the product is cheaper on the brand’s own website, or via one of their direct sales channels, please Contact Us and we will match the price for you!

Please note we’re unable to offer a price match for products sold through independent retailers, or being shipped internationally.
